Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I recommend the restaurant for an excellent meal.

Our family had a lovely stay, enjoying the comfortable gardens and spacious room. The food was tasty, especially during our birthday celebrations, where the desserts caught our eye. It was nice to see the kids having fun in the outdoor areas.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel's location isn't ideal for families, as we found ourselves quite far from local amenities and attractions. Perhaps a shuttle service to nearby attractions would enhance the experience.

This place was just a perfect match for a short-term stay in Louth with value for money. The Sunday lunch was superb, with delicious vegetables and the best Eton Mess I've ever had. If you're planning to dine, consider reserving a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic stay with great food

Just spent 2 nights in an executive room and wow, it was super spacious and clean! The staff were really helpful, especially in the restaurant where the food was top-notch. Had plenty of tea and coffee too. Only bummer was the noise level in the dining area, it was hard to hear my partner across the table with that loud background music.

The room was spacious with a four-poster bed, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. Loved the toiletries and the fact we had a window that opened for fresh air. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the relaxing outdoor space!
